About Our Reports and Store:

Do you offer price-matching?

Yes, we can match the price of a comparable report from a competitor or reseller. Please contact us with the name of the report in question and the competitor quote to determine price-matching.

Can I speak with your analysts before or after I purchase?

Yes, if you have any questions or comments about the data contained in one of our reports, please contact us with regarding any of our reports, and we will have the associated analyst respond to your inquiry.

How do I search for reports?

Use keywords related to the report you are looking for in the various search bars located on the Homepage or Report Store, and from the navigation at the top of the page.

How do I buy reports?

You may purchase a report from the “Report Store”. Click on a product, select a “License Option”, and click “Add to Cart”. Click on your cart once you are ready to checkout and finalize your purchase. You may also contact us to purchase a report directly from one of our Account Representatives.

How do I access the report store?

Click on “Report Store” on the top navigation bar to access our report inventory of products for purchase.

Do I have to purchase your reports online?

No, you can also purchase our reports directly from one of our Account Representatives. On the page of the product you are interested in, click on “Request Info” and an Account Representatives will contact you to set up a purchase order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Direct Wire and Bank Transfers as well as cheques.

How long does it take to get my report?

We normally send you your purchased report within 24-hours of purchase during our normal business hours. If a report is purchased on Friday after 5pm PST, your report will be sent on the following business day (excluding holidays).

What format do the reports come in?

All our reports are distributed as PDF documents.

Can I buy a section of a report?

Yes, if you require a very specific section or element of a report or data set, we can accommodate that purchase of information. To make a specific data inquiry, please contact us with your proposal and we will evaluate the request.

Can I get any discounts if I buy multiple reports?

Yes, we offer various report bundles at a fraction of the cost of a single report, as well as promotions each month. For the latest discounts, please contact us before your purchase to see your eligibility.

How do I receive sample pages of iData reports?

On any of our report product pages, select the “Request Complimentary Executive Summary” button or the “Request Sample Pages” button to submit a request to see how our reports are specifically formatted and some sample information from the research.

What’s the difference between your licenses?

  • Single License: A single license is for use by a single individual only. Usage rights may not be transferred, sold or distributed by any means.
  • Site License: A site license allows sharing of the reports between various users within the purchasing company’s designated business address within this agreement.
  • Corporate License: A corporate license is for the use of one corporation. A corporation is defined as any business entity incorporated under a single name. Separate corporations operating under the same parent company are not included in this license.
  • Executive Summary: An in-depth summary of the reports associated with the related MedSuite product.

Our services (Reimbursement Tracker, Procedure Tracker, Market Surveys, iData Online, Conjoint Analysis, Total Sales Solution and Custom Consultations) must be requested directly. For information on the service you are interested in, please contact us for a service assessment.

Submit your survey request using our contact form. Please detail your survey request (i.e. industry, goals, timelines, etc.) as much as possible in order for us to create an appropriate proposal. We will contact you for clarification and suggestions for your survey project.

How do I opt-out from your promotional emails or other communications?

During the registration process you can opt-out of all email communications from iData. You can also unsubscribe to our emails using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.

How do I change my account password?

What is your refund policy?

You can receive a full refund if you have yet to receive your report. After delivery, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the report purchased, please contact us and we will evaluate the refund request.
