A major orthopedic device manufacturer needed to administer a healthcare market survey to hundreds of orthopedic surgeons at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), Annual Conference.
Remedy
iData conducted survey preparation, administration, and analysis. We were able to gather physician usage trends, brand awareness and product preferences for Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Viscosupplementation injections.
Results
We achieved the targeted response rate, on-time, and on-budget. The survey results were compiled into a comprehensive report for planning product specification changes, for developing marketing and sales strategies, and for performing product launches in the orthopedic industry.
