Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our young and dynamic Company. As part of it’s sales team, your focus is to provide support in managing and updating our databases, provide customer service to iData’s worldwide clients, pre and post-sale, surveys and setting up and manage appointment for the sales team with our clients.

The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will:

  • Be adaptableand positive
  • Be proficient in Microsoft officeand web navigation
  • Have exceptional interpersonaland communication skills
  • Be able to take initiativeand be proactive
  • Have excellent multi-taskingand organization skill
  • Initiate customer feedback to enhance product offerings
  • Collect customer survey responses
  • Research companies to determine key decision makers
  • Database management and maintenance
  • Setting up appointments for Product Consultants
